Jeff Pak is an audio engineer, musician, multi-instrumentalist, studio manager of Howl Studio, and the co-founder of Red Goat Music.
He grew up with piano lessons, studying with the Royal Conservatory of Music until grade 9. During his high school years, he taught himself how to play the guitar and drums and was a part of various church bands. He completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Music at York University, where he continued to pursue drums. He studied jazz percussion and world rhythms under Dave Grey, Barry Romberg, and Rick Lazar, and performed with the York Percussion Ensemble which was led by John Brownell.
He took some digital music courses at York which made him grow interested with the technological and technical side of things. That prompted Jeff to further his education at Metalworks, earning a diploma in Audio Production and Engineering, learning under Alf Annibalini and Elliott Sairan, just to name a few.
After graduating, he started engineering at Howl Studio and continuously worked to expand his knowledge and skillsets. Two years into working at Howl, he formed Red Goat Music with peers from the studio to create a complete audio and video production company. Red Goat Music caters to all sorts of needs like artist production, corporate music, video production, and songwriting. The company is the perfect inlet for the team at Red Goat Music to help content makers bring their material to the next level. Jeff is excited to be a creative outlet, collaborating with different musicians and allowing his versatile musical and engineering background to contribute.
